WE WILL PROVIDE:

All snacks, a hot meal at lunchtime and a light tea and refreshments. Also included are all play materials and equipment. Parents/Guardians may be asked to contribute to and entry fee for a special outing with permission granted.

YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE:

Nappies if your child requires them and cloth wipes. A change of clothes including suitable outdoor wear. Sun cream must be provided for out door play. We encourage you to name your Childs clothes.

BILLING AND PAYMENT:

Payment is required monthly in advance calculated on a monthly basis. Any extra half or full hours taken will be added to the next month. I.E. your advance month will be your standard contracted amount.

OPENING TIMES:

Your allocated time for dropping off is 8.00am and picking up at 6.00pm. There is some degree of flexibility, this can be arranged by special request and your fee will reflect this.

HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS/TERMINATING CONTRACTS:

I will require 4 weeks notice for you to terminate your contracts. As I currently work alone it would be helpful if you could arrange your holiday time in advance so as we can try to work our vacation time around each other. This may not always be the case so understandably there may be a time when you will need to arrange child care elsewhere.

DISCIPLINE POLICY:

I do not believe in any form of physical chastisement. I believe children have the right to be respected my their peers and the adults caring for them. My goal is to help children achieve the ability to self-discipline through kindness and understanding, and rewarding good behaviour in celebration.   

ILLNESS:

If your child is ill please call as early as possible to inform me your child is unable to attend. We would recommend you seek medical advice and keep your child at home until he/she is well again. If your child becomes ill you will be contacted as soon as possible and may be asked to collect your child. If you child has an accident you and the medical emergencies team will be contacted immediately all accidents will be recorded in the accident record book, you will be shown this on collection and asked to sign to confirm you have been informed.

FEES:

Daily rate is £30.00 *this covers a time zone from 8.00am-6.00pm. Every extra half hour is charged at £3.50 and each will be charged at £1.70. If you are going to be late picking your child up your must contact me. There will be no childcare available after 6.30pm. If you are sending another person to collect your child then you must inform me and a security procedure will be arranged.
