The Lilly Pad

As an early childhood educator, I believe that my home daycare is one of the best starts you can give your child. By sending your child to a home daycare, I believe you are giving them a head start by giving your child the opportunity to be in a small group setting along with the stability of the same caregiver that you would not get in a big center. This gives your child the sense of security in a safe, warm, loving environment that each child should receive during the early development stages before heading to school.

Each child that attends my home daycare is treated as one of my own, giving parents a feeling of comfort when leaving their child.

Each child receives individual care during nap time by having their own room. I personalize each child’s rest time with the same routine, like a sound machine, night light, or dark room.

During covid different measures are in place until further notice

I love giving my daycare children the opportunity to explore different outings such as parks, local libraries, Early Years drop-in programs, and local field trips. These outings help your child's development and keep them stimulated in new learning. My theme weeks also give us the opportunity to learn new topics, do new crafts, and gives me the opportunity to follow your child's lead during their play with new ideas.

Over the last ten years of my home daycare career, I have enjoyed my clients becoming extended family, and watching all my daycare kids grow and thrive from the start to the day they graduate.
